Each cleaner that works for The Harrogate Cleaning Company has been thoroughly trained in, and to use,  a wide variety of cleaning methods, materials and products. All our cleaners are criminal record checked and are monitored regularly through-out their employment, so you can rest assured that your home and possessions will be cleaned safely and thoroughly.

If your cleaner becomes ill or needs to take time away on the day of your clean we will either re-arrange the clean for a convenient date or provide you with a replacement cleaner.

Your cleaner will be fully equipped with all the cleaning products and equipment they need to clean your home. (If you require the use of any specialist cleaning products please let us know in advance.)

Yes. All of our cleaners are fully insured to carry out cleaning in your home. This includes £5,000,000 Public Liability Cover.

Yes. We are key-holders for the majority of our customers. All keys are stored securely and are marked with our in-house coding system so you can rest assured there is no way of identifying them to their location should they be lost or stolen.
