Cleaning Team Supervisor

The Role

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Cleaning Team Supervisor to join our Cleaning Team to look after our domestic customers in Harrogate.

Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include cleaning and tidying our customers homes to a very high standard whilst maintaining good relations with your fellow team members and customers (and their pets).

Other Responsibilities:

Make sure cleans are carried out to the required standard
Cleans are done on time and at the right time
Actioning customer instructions
Keeping your team motivated and working at the required level
Keeping records of cleaning times and check lists completed

Hours of Work: Usual hours of work will be 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday on a flexible part-time basis.

Experience: Cleaning experience is not essential as full training will be given to carry out all aspects of the role. Experience of staff supervision would be an advantage.

You will need to be

Reliable and trustworthy
Excellent at customer service
Able to think on your feet to deal with any issues that may arise
Excellent at people management
Organised and excellent at managing your time efficiently
A full UK driving licence holder and have access to a vehicle

Essential Requirements

Have proof of right to work in the UK
Have a UK bank account in your own name
Be able to converse in English
Have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of Harrogate and surrounding area.
